How I got into design 📱🖥
Before even knowing what UX design was, I knew that I always had a passion for making cool things that people enjoyed.
I can still recall being a kid and drawing comics for my friends to read, not understanding why I loved the process per se but always being constantly drawn to seeing people experiencing what I made and getting some type of joy out of it
Some years later, I discovered YouTuber Mike Locke's channel which spoke of the field of UX and how it combines all the things that I enjoyed; Creativity, technology, and research all in a effort to create products that make someone's life easier and happier.
It was this small discovery that helped me land in a field where I could envision myself not only doing day-to-day, but enjoying the process for the long haul.
So, what have I been doing recently?

- Currently collaborating with product managers, developers, and other designers within Linguistics Justice League to help create and improve upon existing products that help young language learners who speak low-resource languages have fun and engaging learning experiences by leveraging Natural Language Processing and Gamification 📚
- Probably writing and drawing my ongoing webcomic about a young girl who lives in a world within an infinite and sentient library ✏️
- Trying not to utterly fail as a Reinhardt main in Overwatch 2 🎮
